Work with the HR Business Partners and Manager TA & A on delivering set goals and objectives
Assist Manager TA & A with internal and external recruitment efforts.
Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs for current open roles and identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source candidates.
Build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, connection with universities and third party vendors
Candidate experience focused coach and mentor a team on meticulous candidate management using an applicant tracking systems to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Actively manage potential staff pool
• Responsible for handling complete life cycle of recruitment using different channels.
• Maintain and update employee records and human resource information systems.
• Facilitate in conducting job analysis, and in developing and maintaining organization charts, job descriptions, job specifications etc.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
• Develop negotiating and public speaking skills
